★ Out of Character Permissions ★

Backtagging: I am down to backtag! I will communicate when I need a thread to either wrap up or be dropped, so please feel free to assume the thread can continue unless I indicate a preference otherwise.
Fourth walling: You may not mention that she is a video game character, but I am fine with discussions of the Shinto goddess Amaterasu or similar iterations if they exist in your character's world. Ammy is not unaccustomed to the idea that she's considered more myth/folklore, so hearing that stories of Amaterasu exist elsewhere isn't going to irk her.
Threadjacking : I don't mind some threadjacking! I would just ask things be moved elsewhere if it's going to clutter up someone's inbox.
OOC opt-outs: Rape/sexual assault, child abuse/death, animal abuse/death, and suicide/suicidal ideation are all topics that I am willing to have present in threads, but ask that you appropriately warn for when they are mentioned. Deeper discussions/explorations of these topics are still fine, but I would ask that there is a check-in before and there are no gratuitous/graphic descriptions. Substance abuse/addiction can be a difficult subject for me. I am fine with mentions of use of the "socially acceptable" substances (or their equivalents) such as nicotine/vaping, marijuana, and alcohol use. Illicit substances that are often categorized as illegal or "harder," I would ask that you warn for mentions of their use or addiction to these substances. Please check in with me prior to anything beyond a mention. The subject of overdosing is not something I am comfortable playing with. If it is not avoidable, please let me know and we can figure something out together. In general, if you're uncertain about any of these topics or others, I'll never be mad if you check beforehand! So please, never hesitate to reach out.

★ In Character Permissions ★

Physical affection: You may pet her, give her all the belly rubs and scritches, and even kiss her dumb head to your heart's content.
Romance: No. Ammy is a goddess, but she's a wolf. We are not down to clown with bestiality in this house.
Violence/Injuries: I don't mind Ammy being injured. Just make sure you talk it through with me beforehand so we're on the same page regarding how power/skills match up. Also just gentle reminder that if you choose to engage in physical violence with Ammy, that you should always be sure to put some kind of animal endangerment/harm warning since she is a wolf!
Death: Generally speaking, no. But we can talk about it if there's a strong reason/interest.
Telepathy and mind-reading: Ammy has no defenses against this, but to any characters with experience in communicating with regular animals, it will likely become noticeable right away that her mind is not what they would anticipate in that regard. Ammy also does not think in words, but thinks instead through senses, particularly imagery. So, it will likely require a bit of interpretation to understand what she is communicating. That being said, please touch base with me before implementing any sort of telepathy or exploring her brain.

Content warnings related to the character: Okami as a canon includes alcohol use, animal endangerment/harm, child endangerment, possession, ghosts, demons, murder, and attempted genocide. It's not likely that these things will come up directly in tags since Ammy does not have a means of communicating them so directly in most circumstances, but definitely let me know if any of these might be an issue!

Anything else?: Please note that Ammy may not appear in all her divine glory to all characters, but I leave it up to you and will not be policing how your character perceives her! For those that possess some degree of a supernatural sight or faith in deities, Ammy will be perceived in her full divine look. For those that are not believers and have no other means of perceiving the supernatural, she will range from perhaps seeing faint marks upon her to just looking like a normal white dog/wolf. This is also true of her magical abilities as well. Those who are not able to perceive her for what she truly is will not be able to identify how/why these sudden natural phenomena are occurring. I am also fully cool with you just handwaving that the magic of Folkmore makes it possible to perceive. Seriously, I'm not interested in policing it at all and encourage you to decide what would be most fun for you because it's also entirely possible for people who don't perceive her at first to see her for what she is.
